Designated passenger:

The designated passenger is a person who submits information for all passengers in the vehicle. The designated passenger will receive all of the necessary information in regard to staying in the RC at the entered contact e-mail address.

At the border crossing it is necessary to present:
  • positive PCR or positive rapid antigen test (BAT), that isn't older than 180 days, and is older than 11 days from the date of arrival at the border. This proves that you have recovered from COVID-19. In the case of a BAT test, it must be listed in the Joint List of Rapid Antigen Tests Mutually Recognized by the Member States of the European Union, published by the European Commission.
  • certificate of recovery issued by a doctor.

The PCR test must not be older than 72 hours from the time of testing until arrival at the border crossing.

The BAT test must be listed in the Joint List of Rapid Antigen Tests Recognized by the Member States of the European Union, published by the European Commission.

The BAT test must not be older than 48 hours from the time of testing until arrival at the border crossing.

A vaccination certificate is recognized for persons who received a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine more than 14 days ago. Exceptionally, in the case of a single-dose vaccine, an acknowledgment of receipt of a single dose is recognized if the dose was received more than 14 days before the date of crossing the state border.

If you stay in the Republic of Croatia for more than 10 days, no later than 10 days after the issuance of the BAT test, you are obliged to be tested again by PCR or BAT test in the place of residence.

*If family members are going to different places, each passenger must fill in a separate form and / or the person guarantees that all people on the form are going to the same place.

Accommodation facility:


*In addition to presenting passports / identity documents (for non-EU/ non Schengen citizens), when crossing the border of the Republic of Croatia it is necessary to have documentation on your person during your stay which confirms the reservation of tourist accommodation, or a travel agency voucher, or a confirmation of booking / ownership of a mooring, or ownership of real estate, or movable property, or an invitation from a legal entity, or an invitation to a business meeting.

*The form/announcement is valid if you present the passport or identity document (for EU citizens) you specified in the form when crossing the border.
